Yeah. there is no paypal as payment option on playstore here in the Philippines. Only debit/credit card. However as others have commented, I used to have paypal on playstore before. I wonder now its only limited to certain countries.
Skip this one it is a scam. Google advertised in right in the play store app the last time they ran this, I clicked, bought an app and paid with PayPal and never ever got the credit. Fortunately I bought a pretty decent cheap game so not a total loss. So attempt it at your own peril lol.
Do we have the right to offer in google play several distinct payment method for in-app subscription ? the problem is that i don't like that google take 30% of fees when it's me who send the user on the play store to simply download my application.

i asked live chat. my country is in indonesia. he/she said that "the paypal account that you tried to add was opened in a country where we don't currently offer paypal as a google wallet payment method.
Hey. i found a solution. u have to go to ur pc, login into googleplay and go to buy any app. then u get the same window to add ur paypal account . then do so and its added on ur phone as well. i had the same problem that it couldnt add it on the phone. but via computer that worked. ! ?
just try it... just try.. it will work and if your reading this you have nothing to lose its just deleting new email and adding now one and signing in into googlestore payment with new email adres paypal.
i have some country error.i live in china and know that china is not supported to google. I think i can solved it with vpn on my android but when i want to buy a certain game from PlayStore with PayPal ( i have Bank of China in my account) 041b061a72
